Learning to Say “No”

Learning to Say “No”

ages 18 and over

Saying “no” can be a scary thing, and many times, it is hard to say “no” to our children. For many parents it may be easier to give in rather than to deal with their child’s negative reaction. Parents can become more focused on the short-term goal of creating a peaceful environment, instead of setting consistent limits and boundaries. This workshop is designed to empower parents to take back control of their households, and learn new ways to give consequences that work.
