City of Cold Lake Bylaws
Bylaws are laws created and enforced by the City of Cold Lake under the authority of the Municipal Government Act. City of Cold Lake bylaws are enacted by City Council and maintained by the City’s Legislative Department.
Frequently requested bylaws have been listed below. For convenience, some of the most frequently used bylaws have been "unofficially consolidated". In an unofficially consolidated bylaw, the original bylaw is updated to include all of the approved amendments to that bylaw.
The bylaws, as presented here, have no legal sanction and are presented solely for the purpose of research and ease of reference. If you require an official copy of a bylaw, the most up-to-date version of a bylaw, or a bylaw that is not listed here, please contact the City of Cold Lake Legislative Services Department at 780-594-4494.
